CSG Gender Pay Gap Report 2025

In line with the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, this 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report sets out our gender pay and bonus data for the period 26 June 2024 to 25 June 2025, along with the steps we are taking to improve representation of women across all levels of our business, particularly in senior and technical roles.
While we are confident that we provide equal pay for equal work, the report highlights where we still have more to do, and reaffirms our commitment to building a more balanced, inclusive workplace for all.
