CSG earns EcoVadis Silver with a score of 78, placing us in the top 15% globally
We’re proud to share that CSG achieved an EcoVadis score of 78 this year, an improvement of +6 points on last year. This performance earned us an EcoVadis Silver medal, placing CSG in the top 15% of companies assessed globally.
This result is an important milestone for us and even more importantly, it’s reassurance that we’re moving in the right direction, with a clear roadmap to keep improving year on year.
A score of 78 and Silver status is a powerful validation of CSG’s commitment to embedding ESG into its core management practices. What is EcoVadis, and what does it measure?
EcoVadis is a globally recognised provider of business sustainability ratings who evaluate how well a company has embedded sustainability into its management system and day-to-day operations. The assessment reviews 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes:
- Environment
- Labour & Human Rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable Procurement
EcoVadis has rated over 130,000 companies worldwide, which makes it a meaningful benchmark for customers and partners who want credible, comparable information.
We are seeing, more and more customers asking suppliers to demonstrate real sustainability performance that is backed by evidence. An EcoVadis rating helps create that transparency, and it supports stronger, more trusted relationships across the value chain.
For CSG, this Silver medal helps us to:
- Strengthen risk management by highlighting sustainability risks and opportunities
- Demonstrate credible progress through an independent assessment
- Benchmark performance against peers and identify where we can improve
- Build trust with customers, stakeholders, and the wider community
What the Silver medal represents
EcoVadis medals and badges recognise companies that have completed the assessment and demonstrated a strong sustainability management system compared to others assessed. Silver specifically indicates performance in the top 15% of rated companies.
While we’re proud of the milestone, we see this as part of a longer journey. Sustainability expectations continue to evolve across regulation, customer requirements, and societal needs, so continuous improvement is essential.
The biggest value of EcoVadis is that it doesn’t just provide us with a score, it helps pinpoint strengths and identify the most impactful next steps we can take as a company. It gives us a structured way to improve year after year, across policy, action, and performance.
